Meet your Executive Team:
President - Craig Diotte
The duties of the President shall be to:
- Assume the role of Chief Executive Officer for the Collective Agreement
- Call and preside over all Executive and General Meetings
- Have signing authority, in consultation with the Executive, for legal matters of the Bargaining Unit
- Have co-signing authority on all cheques drawn on the Bargaining Unit’s treasury
- Fulfill the duties of the Bargaining Unit President as outlined in the OSSTF Handbook
- Be an ex-official member of all Bargaining Unit committees
- Report to the Bargaining Unit Executive and Members of the Activities and concerns of the District.
- Report to the Members at the Annual General Meeting
- Be a member of the Collective Bargaining Committee and the Table Team
- Represent all members of the Bargaining Unit fairly
- Ensure that all vital functions of an office, which has been vacated, be carried out on an interim basis until the vacancy is filled
- Represent the Bargaining Unit at District Council Meetings of OSSTF District 2 and 35
- Represent the Bargaining Unit at the Sector Council General Meeting
- Represent the Bargaining Unit on such committees as OSSTF may establish

Vice-President - Bev Teller
The duties of the Vice-President shall be to:
- Perform the duties of the President in the President's absence,
- carry out the duties as may be assigned by the President,
- be responsible for proposed amendments to the Constitution and By-Laws,
- maintain an updated Bargaining Unit membership list.

Treasurer - Rose Linklater
The duties of the Treasurer shall be to:
- Be responsible for the maintenance of the financial records of the Bargaining Unit
- Be the administrator of the Bargaining Unit funds and disburse those funds in accordance with the budget as approved by the Members at the Annual General Meeting
- Be responsible for reconciling all financial transactions and statements
- Present a written monthly financial report to the Executive
- Prepare, in co-operation with the Executive, a budget for the forthcoming year to be approved at the Annual General Meeting
- Present at the Annual General Meeting, a year-end financial statement of actual Bargaining Unit revenue and expenditures of the preceding year
- Have primary signing authority on all cheques drawn on the Bargaining Unit’s treasury
- Represent the Bargaining Unit on the District Finance Committee
- Carry out the duties as may be assigned by the District Treasurer
- Carry out the duties as may be assigned by the President

Chief Negotiator - Mark Allard
The duties of the Chief Negotiator shall be to
- chair the Bargaining Unit Collective Bargaining Committee,
- represent the Bargaining unit at the District CBC meetings,
- report on a timely and regular basis to the Executive and the Members,
- carry out the duties as determined by the President.

Secretary - Ivana Bruni
The duties of the Secretary shall be to:
- Record and maintain the minutes of the Executive, Annual and Special Membership Meetings
- Distribute the minutes to the respective bodies prior to the next regularly called meeting
- Carry out the duties as determined by the President

Grievance Officer - Eunjung Riauka
The duties of the Grievance Officer shall be to:
- Chair the Bargaining Unit Collective Bargaining Committee
- Represent the Bargaining Unit at the District CBC meetings
- Conduct research in preparation for Collective Bargaining, with the assistance of the Collective Bargaining Committee, and presenting it for approval to the Bargaining Unit Executive
- Report on a timely and regular basis to the Executive and the Members
- Liaise with the OSSTF Protective Services Secretariat regarding negotiations
- Present for approval at the General Meeting, the Memorandum of Settlement on the Collective Agreement
- Proofing, printing and distributing the ratified Collective Agreement to the Members
- Carry out the duties as determined by the President

Communication Officer - Chris McBride
The Role of the Communication Officer is to:
- Work with the Bargaining Unit Executive, Standing Committees, District Executive and the Provincial Communications Committee
- Co-ordinate the dissemination of information to Bargaining Unit members at the instruction of the Executive
- Update and maintain the Bargaining Unit Website
- Maintain an updated Bargaining Unit membership list
- Carry out the duties as determined by the President
