Joint Job Classification Committee

The Joint Job Classification Committee (JJCC) is a shared committee between Algoma University management and the AUSS bargaining unit. JJCC works to evaluate job descriptions using a standardized job evaluation system, known as Korn Ferry Hays. For more information on the committee see Article 27 in our Collective Agreement.
